2. Description of Service

Teenagephoton is a SaaS platform that enables freelancers and agencies to create AI-powered proposals, collect e-signatures, and send invoices to their clients.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use Teenagephoton. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to send spam, conduct fraud, violate any laws, or infringe the rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Paddle, our payment processor. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

Teenagephoton and its content are owned by Teenage Photon. You retain ownership of all proposals, invoices, and client data you create through the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Teenagephoton.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
